This Privacy Policy is published by TTA Games ("we", "us"), the developer of the apps listed below on Google Play, and also covers our website etta.pages.dev.

Our apps have no sign-up, login or user account, and TTA Games does not collect, store or share personal information such as your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or photos. Game progress and settings are saved only on your device and are never sent to us. The only exception is the optional online leaderboard in Guess the Sketch, described in its section.
Ads (Google AdMob): our apps are free and show ads through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model and general usage of the ads. This data is collected by Google, not by TTA Games, and is handled under Google's Privacy Policy (see also How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services). Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), Puzzle House, Guess the Sketch and NIM show Google's consent message before requesting ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
Data deletion: since we keep no personal data on servers, there is no account or server data to delete. Clearing an app's data in Android settings (Settings > Apps > [app name] > Storage > Clear data) or uninstalling it erases everything it saved on your device. To request deletion of data held by Google for ads, follow the instructions in Google's Privacy Policy.
Children: TTA Games does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Apps suitable for younger players (such as NIM) request only non-personalized, child-appropriate ads from Google. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us by email at aetta (at) protonmail (dot) com and we will delete it.
This section applies to the Android app Puzzle House, also published as Casa de Enigmas in Portuguese and Spanish, developed by TTA Games.
Data saved on your device only: game progress (solved puzzles, unlocked places and in-progress answers), settings (language, theme, sound volumes and accessibility options), your daily streak, and a counter of finished puzzles used to decide when to show an ad.
Ads and consent: the app shows interstitial ads through Google AdMob. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), it shows Google's consent message before requesting ads, and, when available in your region, an "Ad privacy" button lets you review or change that choice at any time.
Permissions: Internet only, used to load ads.
Data deletion: clear the app's data in Android settings (Settings > Apps > Puzzle House > Storage > Clear data) or uninstall the app.
This section applies to the Android app Guess the Sketch, also published as Adivinhe o Desenho (Portuguese) and Adivina el Dibujo (Spanish), developed by TTA Games.
Data saved on your device only: game progress, local records, settings and the list of recently shown drawings.
Online leaderboard: the game works fully offline. If you choose to send a score to the online leaderboard, the app sends the nickname you type (up to 12 characters), your score, time and difficulty to our leaderboard server hosted on Cloudflare. The top 10 of each difficulty are shown publicly to other players. Do not use your real name as a nickname. To support fair use, your IP address is used only to limit the number of submissions per minute and is discarded after 60 seconds. To remove a leaderboard entry, contact us by email at aetta (at) protonmail (dot) com with the nickname, score and approximate date.
Ads and consent: the app shows ads through Google AdMob and shows Google's consent message where required by law, with an "Ad privacy" button when available in your region.

This section applies to the Android app NIM: Strategy Puzzle Game, also published under translated names such as NIM: Jogo de Estratégia and NIM: Juego de Estrategia, developed by TTA Games.
Data saved on your device only: game progress, statistics and settings.
Ads and children: NIM is suitable for all ages. Ads are served by Google AdMob with child-directed treatment and under-age-of-consent flags turned on and a maximum ad content rating of "General". This means Google serves only non-personalized ads, limits data collection accordingly, and does not use the advertising ID for interest-based ads.
Permissions: Internet only, used to load ads.
Data deletion: clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the app.
This section applies to the Android app Trivia Guess, developed by TTA Games.
Data saved on your device only: game progress and settings.
Ads: the app shows ads through Google AdMob, as described above.
Permissions: Internet only, used to load ads.

This section applies to the Android app Auditory Memory, also listed as "Brain Games Auditory Memory", developed by TTA Games.
Data saved on your device only: game progress (coins, unlocked levels) and the selected language.

Data deletion: use the "Delete all" button in the app's phase selection screen, or uninstall the app.
This section applies to the Android app Brainzzle, developed by TTA Games.
Data saved on your device only: game progress, scores and settings.
Ads: the app shows ads through Google AdMob, as described above.
Microphone and storage: the app does not record audio and does not read or write your personal files. Any such permission listed by Android comes from the app framework and is not used by the game.
Data deletion: use the "Reset progress" option in the app's settings, clear the app's data in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
On etta.pages.dev we use Google Analytics, which may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information. This section applies to the website only, not to our apps.
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (European Union), the LGPD (Brazil), the CCPA and CalOPPA (California) and POPIA (South Africa) may give you rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Because TTA Games does not hold personal data from app users, requests about ad data usually apply to Google as the ads provider. You can still contact us with any question.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we publish a new app. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
